Negotiating Win-Win Results

Win Results focuses on developing effective negotiation skills for Managers and/or Employees and providing them with the tools and techniques for achieving ‘win – win ‘results. This presentation will assist participants in identifying conflicts and learning how to get better results in negotiations. Real-life examples and/or short case studies will be incorporated into the Webcast to ensure they are “value-added” learning experiences.

This presentation will distinguish between the different styles of negotiation along with the tactics that accompany each approach. There will also be discussion about the importance of understanding your own negotiation style along with the other party. After which, we will review a negotiation model that outlines the various elements in a ‘win – win’ negotiation. Participants will be exposed to various negotiation tools and they will learn how to deal with unfair tactics in a negotiation.

Through the presentation, the elements of the ‘win – win’ negotiations process will be reviewed including both the substantive and procedural aspects. The concluding section will reinforce how all the elements fit together. Ultimately, participants will gain a greater awareness of the benefits of ‘win – win’ negotiations, specifically the importance of achieving one’s objectives while, at the same time, cultivating the relationship with the other party or parties.
