HRessentials On-the-Job includes:

• Up to 1-2 days on-site (dependent on ½ or full days)
• Comprehensive HR Workplace Assessment to identify any liability and provide proactive strategies and Roadmap created
• Employment contracts and letters of termination
• All relevant legislative training via classroom and/or webinar
• Creation of comprehensive and customized Employee Handbooks
• Access to an Employment Lawyer and preferential rates for all legal work performed by the law firm

HRessentials Change Agent includes:

• All virtual services and virtual unlimited over-the-phone and written advice and support
• Includes ALLHRessentials On-the-job activities plus:
  • Up to 2-3 days on-site (dependent on ½ or full days)
  • Assistance in recruitment activities

  • Design and delivery of management training sessions
