Julie Ruben Rodney is CEO and Founder of MaxPeoplePerform a people development organization that partners with its clients to maximize the performance of their people to ensure successful execution of their corporate strategy. Julie focuses on helping people maximize their performance both individually and with teams. Julie is an experienced and dynamic facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker in the areas of Interpersonal Communication, Teambuilding, Leadership Development and Creativity.

She leverages her expertise with a variety of assessments to help her clients improve their ability to work with others more effectively. Some of the assessments she uses includes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), The McQuaig System®, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument ® (HBDI®), Strategic Leadership Development® (SLD®), and DiSC Personal Profile System®. She often incorporates these assessments to deliver high-impact programs that are tailored to meet the business objectives of her clients.

Julie is certified to deliver Dr. Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® program. She applies the powerful Six Thinking Hats® framework to meeting facilitation, team brainstorming and consensus building.

Prior to starting her own people development organization, she spent ten years with MICA Consulting Partners, where she successfully facilitated hundreds of interactive workshops, designed programs, built deep client relationships through business development, and project managed large scale initiatives.

She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. She further pursued Personnel and Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto. She obtained her Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPAO), as well as, her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

Julie has a Masters in Adult Education (M.Ed.) specializing in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about engaging people to maximize their performance using a fun and positive approach.

Jordan Rodney

Jordan Rodney

Jordan Rodney is President with MaxPeoplePerform, a Human Resources Consulting organization that partners with its’ clients to build and sustain productive and healthy workplaces.

A sought-after speaker, Jordan has spoken to members of various groups including, among others, the International Customer Service Association (ICSA), the Canadian General Accountants (CGA), the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries (CARI). Jordan has been quoted on leadership and human resources best practices in the Globe and Mail, Canadian HR Reporter and the Voice magazine.

Jordan is a lawyer and a results-driven Human Resource professional with experience in employee and labour relations, negotiation, facilitation and change management. Jordan incorporates a variety of tools, assessments (The McQuaig System ®) and continuous improvement methodologies to help his clients improve their performance.

Prior to joining MaxPeoplePerform Jordan spent 15 plus years in the Human Resources field working in the Beverage, Broadcasting, Courier and Manufacturing industries. Within these diverse businesses, he successfully managed complex project initiatives, cultivated deep client relationships, negotiated multiple collective agreements, designed and delivered numerous training seminars and identified practical human resources solutions for companies.

Jordan is also an instructor at the Schulich School of Business in the Organizational Studies Department and at George Brown in their Corporate Training Department. Jordan obtained a B.A. from York University, an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Bar. Jordan further specialized in Human Resources at Queen’s University obtaining a Master’s of Industrial Relations.

Jordan is focused on ensuring that organizations are equipped to handle workplace issues using innovative and cost-effective solutions. He enjoys coaching people to achieve their maximum potential while assisting organizations to achieve their objectives.

Amanda Cornacchia

Amanda Cornacchia

Amanda Cornacchia is an HR Consultant with MaxPeoplePerform. As an experienced generalist she provides our HRessentials clients with a full range of consultative advice and support in all aspects of human resources.

Prior to joining the MaxPeoplePerform team, Amanda worked for Scotiabank – Wealth Management. She also held progressive human resource management positions with Broadridge Financial Services and The Days Inn Hotel and has worked in the financial services, education, technology, hospitality, and professional services sectors.

Amanda is an Instructor at Atkinson School of Liberal and Professional Studies at York University in the Human Resources Department. In addition, she also devotes time to supporting the University in the development and potential placement of HR professionals via their HR Management programs.

Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from York University and holds her CHRP designation. Her breadth of experience enables her to relate to her clients’ diverse work environments and challenges as well as creating innovating solutions to address their ‘people-related’ issues.

Nancy Pedota

Nancy Pedota

Nancy Pedota is Project Coordinator at MaxPeoplePerform, a Human Resources Consulting organization that partners with its’ clients to build and sustain productive and healthy workplaces.

Nancy is a results-driven Human Resource professional who is experienced in providing full support to non-profit and small to mid-sized organizations. Nancy attended Durham College where she obtained her diploma in Human Resources Management. She furthered her education at the University of Ontario Institute and Technology, where she achieved an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Both academically and in her work, Nancy takes interest in finding imaginative and innovative ways to address organizational issues. Nancy is a talented researcher, writer, as well as being knowledgeable in the areas of social media and design.

Prior to joining the MaxPeoplePerform team, Nancy obtained experience as a Health and Safety Representative at General Motors of Canada and has interned as a Business Consultant at the Eastview Boys and Girls Club of Canada.

Nancy is focused on supporting the MaxPeoplePerform team with an emphasis on enhancing the final products received by our super clients.

Jill Madorsky

Jill Madorsky

Jill Madorsky is an HR Consultant with MaxPeoplePerform. As an experienced generalist she provides our HRessentials clients with a full range of consultative advice and support in all aspects of human resources.

Prior to joining the MaxPeoplePerform team, Jill gained extensive HR Management experience across diverse work environments in the Software, Toy, Financial Services and Insurance sectors. She has worked on developing and implementing various organizational initiatives, including employee relations, recruitment, training & development, compensation, and policy & procedure development.

Jill also has experience with various start-up businesses, where she played a leadership role in setting up the human resources infrastructure while maintaining the essence of the entrepreneurial culture.

Jill obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, following which she learned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. Jill also achieved her CHRP designation.

Jill’s varied background and her passion for human resources and business allow her to recognize the individual needs of each client and be able to come up with creative approaches for them.

Karen Bell

Karen Bell is a seasoned HR Consultant with MaxPeoplePerform. As an experienced generalist, she provides our HRessentials clients with a full range of consultative advice and support in all aspects of human resources.

Prior to joining the MaxPeoplePerform team, Karen gained over 15 years progressive HR Management experience in the Telecommunications, Entertainment, Healthcare and Retail sectors. She has consistently helped build businesses through innovative HR initiatives and the development of leadership skills at all levels.

Throughout Karen’s career, she has developed and executed practical HR solutions that enhance organizational culture while ensuring businesses meet and exceed their goals. Most recently, Karen worked for Rogers Communications Inc. where she led a large HR team for the Sales, Service and Distribution organization.

Karen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University and is a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professional Association.

Karen is a committed and enthusiastic human resources professional who is dedicated to developing partnerships through innovative, client focused and practical HR business solutions.

Rachelle Mire

Rachelle Mire is the Business Development Manager with MaxPeoplePerform, a people development organization that partners with its clients to maximize the performance of their people to ensure successful execution of their corporate strategy. She is an experienced professional with numerous years of business development experience and knowledge in the human capital management industry as well as retail industry.

Prior to joining MaxPeoplePerform, Rachelle spent several years working for Ceridian Canada Ltd. in B2B sales. Her main focus was educating companies on HR, Payroll and EAP solutions to help them streamline their business. As a result of Rachelle’s tenacity and optimistic approach, as well as her ability to understand peoples’ needs, she continually exceeded her goals and company expectations. She is passionate about helping people find solutions to their needs and cultivating deep, meaningful relationships. Rachelle is fluent in both French and English and obtained a B.A. from Concordia University. She is also CPA certified.

Rachelle is a highly energetic, organized and enthusiastic individual with the ability to exceed her goals in a fast paced environment. Rachelle has a creative mind and the drive to succeed.
