Developing Your Leadership Insight |
Developing Your Leadership Insight will provide participants with the necessary tools to identify how to live management and leadership behaviours. Through the use of 360-degree feedback, participants will identify their strengths and potential developmental needs, which in turn will allow them to better focus on the skills necessary for effectiveness as a manager and a leader.
The participants will be methodically walked through the 360-degree feedback process, to ensure there is a clear understanding of what is being measured, before their individual reports are reviewed. Additionally, a coaching discussion will help them analyze their own feedback and guide them through their developmental plan. Participants will also reflect on how their leadership style impacts the way they lead teams and interact with them.
