Virtual Support

The Virtual Support option allows you to deal with all your ‘people-related’ workplace issues as they arise. There are two service levels available under this option, both offering a toll-free number.

Standard Option

This option includes:

• a fixed amount of virtual support
• access to standard workplace templates 
• access to quarterly webinars
• prompt support on challenging HR issues 

Comprehensive Option

Additional features included are:

• an unlimited amount of virtual support
• access to all workplace templates 
• assistance in the design of policies and practices
• customized Maximum Impact Modules on a variety of workplace topics.  

On-Site Support

The On-Site Support option provides all the virtual support services plus the personalized interaction that some employers require. This option provides face-to-face HR support, a thorough Employee Relations Audit to identify themes and develop action plans, customized training delivered in person, and a more in-depth review of your polices and practices.
