Our HR Essentials service provides timely and practical support to our
clients, on an interim or ongoing basis, for their ‘people-related’
issues in the area of Employee Relations. The support may be virtual
(telephone and e-mail) or on-site (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).
The benefits of this service are simple; you can add a dedicated HR
expert to your team under a monthly retainer or fee for service
arrangement.
More importantly, you will have peace of mind that your workplace
issues will be resolved quickly and cost-effectively with minimal
interruption to your business.
Virtual Support
The Virtual Support option allows you to deal with all your
‘people-related’ workplace issues as they arise. There are two service
levels available under this option, both offering a toll-free number.
Standard Option
This option includes:
- a fixed amount of virtual support
- access to standard workplace templates
- access to quarterly webinars
- prompt support on challenging HR issues
Comprehensive Option
Additional features included are:
- an unlimited amount of virtual support
- access to all workplace templates
- assistance in the design of policies and practices
- customized Maximum Impact Modules on a variety of workplace topics.
On-Site Support
The On-Site Support option provides all the virtual support services
plus the personalized interaction that some employers require. This
option provides face-to-face HR support, a thorough Employee Relations Audit to identify themes and develop action plans, customized training delivered in person, and a more in-depth review of your polices and practices.
